If you’re in the US, you’re in luck. We’ll ship to you – absolutely free!
We’ll use FedEx 2nd Day Air shipment to get your order moving immediately. That means your delivery will be on your doorstep – just 2-3 business days after it leaves our farm.
*If you’re in Alaska, you’ll need to pay a small fee depending on the weight of your order. We’ll confirm exactly how much this is before we process your order.

With FedEx International Economy, we’ll ship your order direct from our farm to your doorstep – within 7-9 business days.
International customs, duties, taxes and fees vary, so our base shipping price and delivery times may change depending on where you’re located.
We take full responsibility for ensuring your delivery is shipped to the address you provide.
However, we won’t be able to give you a refund, pay extra fees, or be held responsible if your delivery is intercepted by your local customs office.

In our online Noni Shop, you can browse everything Healing Noni has to offer. Once you’ve found the perfect product, use one of the following methods to make an order.

How can I pay?
You can pay online by credit card, debit card or PayPal. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Mail orders can be paid by credit card, cashier’s check or money order. We can also process checks over the phone – just give us a call!
How soon will my order be shipped?
Once we receive and process your payment, we aim to ship your order within one business day.
If you place an order on weekends or national holidays, we’ll ship on the next business day.
Will I need to sign for my package?
Nope! Our carriers will leave your package at your door, or with a next-door neighbor. If you’d rather sign for your delivery, simply leave us a message at check out.
Once your package has been delivered, Healing Noni and the carrier hold no responsibility.
Do you do back orders?
Yes – we do! If your favorite Healing Noni product is out of stock, you can still order it and we’ll ship it as soon as it’s available.
If part of your order is out of stock, we’ll still ship the available items within one business day. We’ll then send the remainder when it’s back in stock – with no additional shipping charges.
What if I change my mind?
You can return it! For unopened products, we have a 15-day money back guarantee from the date of shipment. However, we ask that you cover the return shipping and handling costs.
If you’d like to cancel your order, you’ll need to let us know within one business day (before we ship your package!). Shipping and handling fees of already shipped items won’t be included in the refund.
What happens if my package is damaged in shipping?
We’ll replace any product damaged in shipping – at no cost to you!
What if there’s a change or delay to my shipping?
If we need to change the shipping method, we’ll do so at our own discretion and expense. However, in the unlikely event of a natural disaster or weather event delays, we won’t hold responsibility.
