What Is Noni Juice?

Noni juice is made from the noni fruit, Morinda Citrifolia – a powerful, health-boosting fruit that ancient cultures have used for more than 3,000 years.

Yet in the past decade, the juice has gained popularity among health-conscious individuals. In fact, consumers who drink noni juice often report improvements in overall health, energy and well-being.

The fruit itself is light yellow, lumpy and about the size of a mango. With a distinct smell and astringent flavour.

What are the health benefits?

Holistic health experts from all corners of the world are astounded by the potential healing power of noni juice.

Why? Because the fruit carries special phytochemicals that not only protect the fruit, but also offer possible health-enhancing effects when consumed by humans (and even dogs!).

The fruit also contains the following nutrients:

  • Vitamin C
  • Biotin
  • Folate
  • Magnesium
  • Potassium

  • Calcium
  • Vitamin E
  • Xeronine
  • Proxeronine
  • Polysaccharides

So it’s no surprise that avid noni juice consumers have reported:

  • Improved mobility
  • Reduced joint pain
  • Better physical endurance
  • A stronger immune system
  • More energy
  • Lower blood sugar levels
  • Reduced blood pressure
  • Better weight management

  • Reduced muscle loss while dieting
  • Increased muscle mass while bodybuilding
  • Better management of osteoporosis and gingivitis symptoms
  • Better management of depression
  • Improved overall quality of life

*While doctors continue to study noni fruit’s many possible medical benefits, noni juice is not approved by the FDA. So, it cannot be described as a medicine, nor can anyone state that it can be used to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any diseases.

How quickly will I notice its benefits?

We’re all different, with different situations and different lifestyles. So for noni’s wonderful effects, there’s no set timeline.

Some might feel the benefits straight away, for others it may take longer. However, in our experience, most people start to notice the difference within a couple of weeks to a month.

How much should I drink?

Noni juice is a naturally fermented drink, so there’s no need to be concerned about having too much!

The recommended serving size is one ounce. It’s best to consume it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or 30 minutes before meals. Once you become familiar with noni, you can personalize your usage as desired.

A popular way to enjoy noni juice is to mix it with other fruit juices or water.

What to look for when buying Noni Juice

Noni juice seems to be everywhere these days, but with so many brands on the market, it can be overwhelming to select the right product.

Some things to ask yourself before purchasing noni juice include:

1. Where is the fruit grown?

Quality begins at ground level. So find out where in the world the noni fruit was grown. The best quality noni is grown in Hawaii due to our pristine environment and virgin volcanic lava soil which is full of added minerals and nutrients. Noni also grows throughout Asia and the South Pacific.

Healing Noni has its farms on the Big Island of Hawaii. With the ideal balance of sunshine and rain, our trees remain healthy – growing the best noni fruit year-round.

2. How is the juice processed?

Whether it’s fermented or unfermented, freshly squeezed or drip-extracted, noni juice can be processed in a few ways.

But be sure to look out for the following alarm bells in noni juice production:

  • Noni juice made from noni powder or concentrate
  • Noni fruit that’s been shipped across the world before the fermentation process begins

Healing Noni’s 100% pure undiluted noni juice follows a traditional process: drip-extracted and fermented for 2 to 5 weeks.

3. How organic is the juice?

Organically grown noni has no toxic pesticides and herbicides, meaning it’s kinder to your insides, animals and the environment. So make sure your choice of noni is USDA Certified Organic (the strictest organic standard in the world).

Healing Noni Juice is as organic as it gets! Our fruit is grown in the fertile volcanic soils of Hawaii and is certified USDA Organic, Kosher and GMP (Good Manufacturing Process), and is inspected and approved by Food Safety Auditors.

4. How pure is the juice?

A bottle of pure noni juice will only contain one thing. Noni fruit juice. This means no added flavours or sweeteners, just the goodness of noni.

All our Healing Noni products contain pure organically farmed noni.

5. How much does the bottle cost?

It’s simple. The more touchpoints your bottle of noni juice makes before it reaches you, the more expensive it will be.

At Healing Noni, we make a point to sell our high-quality noni juice at a fair retail price. How? By delivering your noni juice directly from our farm to your doorstep.

What Does it Taste Like?

We’re the first to admit: noni juice is an acquired taste.

Our Noni Juice is made from 100% pure noni fruit juice and has not been sweetened, watered down, or had any other fruit juices mixed in. Therefore, its taste is strong, tart and fruity.

That being said, the juice’s health benefits can truly outweigh the unusual taste. In fact, after a while, many drinkers overlook the taste altogether.

If you prefer a lighter flavour, you can mix your noni juice with another fruit juice. Healing Noni offers a mixed variety – Berry Blend – that’s available in our store now.

They’re perfect for traveling (or if you don’t enjoy the taste!).
