Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Healing Noni will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Healing Noni will not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the next business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Products are shipped, "No Signature required", this authorizes the carrier to leave your package at the door of the shipping address provided or with a next door Neighbor. Healing Noni nor the carrier is responsible for any packages after they are delivered. If you would prefer a signature be required or have special instructions for delivery please let us know in the notation area of the checkout page upon placing your order.
When necessary or upon request alternative shipping can be made available.

Returns, Replacements and Cancellations
All products are sold with a 15 day money back guarantee from date of shipment. Healing Noni will not be responsible for return Shipping and Handling cost. Products must be returned in good condition. Healing Noni will replace any damage done while in shipping at no cost to buyer. Underlying shipping and handling fees may not be included in refund.
Cancellations must be made before orders are shipped out on the next business day.
Healing Noni reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Healing Noni is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
